Getting started is easy
How billing works

Send me a message with a little about your business (number of therapists, caseload, telehealth/in person/hybrid)

I’ll get you a quote tailored to your needs. For billing, I charge a minimum of $250/month or a percentage between 4-8% of paid claims depending on the caseload.

We’ll create an account for me within your Electronic Health Records program that allows me access to non-clinical information and seamlessly handle your billing with no extra work on your part.

For current clients, I can collect copays, file insurance claims, and follow up on denied/rejected claims. For new clients, I can also verify insurance, determine copays/co-insurance.
How credentialing works

Send me a message with information on your practice including if you currently take insurance and if so which panels and through which service.

I’ll send you a questionnaire with the relevant information I need to begin the process with commercial and/or CO Medicaid.

You’ll receive a copy of the credentialing form to review, approve, and sign.

Allow time for the insurance panels to review your application.

Start seeing insurance clients.
